Founded by Powell Jenkins and Matthew Pope, Cultura Agricultural Real Estate was born from a shared passion for rural land, combining decades of expertise to deliver exceptional service to clients throughout the southeastern United States. Our team brings unparalleled experience in agricultural and recreational real estate markets, having collectively appraised over $3 billion worth of assets and facilitated nearly $500 million in farmland and recreational real estate transactions across multiple states.
With deep regional knowledge and a commitment to excellence, Cultura specializes in comprehensive agricultural, recreational, hunting, and rural appraisal services, as well as brokerage and management solutions, through its partner company, TSJ, Inc./Saunders Real Estate.
